Service fee to plan all options for a Walt Disney World vaction package to the Universal Orlando resort in Florida. Flat rate and non-refundable. Paid in advance of services.

Service Includes:

• Initial meeting to review your trip details
• Detailed description of all Disney parks/waterparks and Universal parks/waterparks 
• Ride/attractions recommendations based on family interests
• Custom Itinerary that gives detailed daily plans that will help you optimize your time in the parks 
• Custom plans that will give you suggestions on how to travel from park-to-park, on-site resorts and restaurants
• How to navigate the Disney and Universal on-site transportation system  
• Set up your My Disney Experience account on your phone and laptop/desktop
• Link your tickets to your account and make park reservations  
• Review and explain Disney Genie, Disney Genie+, Universal Express and Universal Express Unlimited
• Information about theme park hopper and park-to-park tickets

Schedule a meeting (on-line or in person) with a WDW Travel Guy Agent and we can help you plan all the details for your trip.  This is an additional service that doesn't require a booking through WDW Travel Guys.  

Description:  We will have an initial meeting to go over the details you currently have for your trip.  Our agent will work with you to get any additional details and questions answered based on your needs.  We will then be available for you until your check-out day answering any questions about your trip.
